The Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) is delighted to welcome Attuniq as a new Global Partner, bringing its expertise in AI-powered conversation practice, communication and skills training to our growing international network.
Attuniq is a governed AI platform for skills training, coaching and communication. Its persona engine draws on evidence and lived experience to model real human complexity, then presents it unpredictably, the way the job actually does. Practitioners rehearse not just having a conversation but doing the work within it: drawing out what they need to know, assessing capability, and finding the way back to active engagement, receiving feedback and developing their skills before applying them in real-world situations. Explainable scoring and human review are built into the platform, not added afterwards.
For employability professionals, conversations are at the heart of effective practice. The ability to listen, understand, respond and adapt to the individual being supported can make a significant difference to their experience. Attuniq’s technology provides a way for practitioners to practise these interactions against a range of scenarios and complexities, helping them build confidence and capability through repeated practice and feedback. It works at both levels: individuals can rehearse against different personas and track their own progress, while team leads can see capability building across their organisation, not just assumed.
Basim Alansari, Executive Director and Co-Founder at Attuniq, said:
“Good practice in employment services comes down to one thing: whether the person in front of you feels understood before they feel assessed. The Institute of Employability Professionals has spent years setting the standard the rest of the sector looks to, and that’s exactly why this partnership matters so much to us. Attuniq was built to close that gap: practitioners rehearse against real complexity, drawn from evidence and lived experience rather than generic scripts, so they walk into the room genuinely ready for who’s in front of them, not just the job on paper. That readiness has to cover mental health, neurodivergence and the real diversity of people’s circumstances, or it isn’t readiness at all. That’s the kind of practice that changes outcomes. We’re proud to be doing that alongside Scott and the team.”
Scott Parkin FIEP, Group CEO of the Institute of Employability Professionals, said:
“Great employability practice is built on the quality of the relationship between a practitioner and the person they are supporting, and conversations are fundamental to that. Professionals need the confidence and capability to respond to different people, circumstances and needs, and opportunities to practise and reflect are an important part of developing those skills.
“We are delighted to welcome Attuniq as an IEP Global Partner. Their approach provides an interesting example of how AI can be used to support the development of the very human skills that sit at the heart of our profession.
